Jan Perry Keeps her word - Central City East DASH bus starts service

The photos speak for themselves. Jan Perry kept her word!!!!

Today I am going to be able to use my portable oxygen and take short trips to the West Side of downtown because now I can connect to other DASH buses directly from skid row. I am going to take my first trip to RALPH's using the Central City East DASH bus today and I will not run out of oxygen because I am able to get around downtown quicker well easier anyway!!!!! The first place I went to yesterday was little tokyo and had my fill of pastagina!!! God has been good to us!!!

Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Gordon Turner visits skid row on election day

Gordon Turner does make it to skid row on this election day. He was at San Julian Park passing out flyers and speaking to voters. Some voters got excited and asked for handfuls of flyers to begin to pass out to voters on the Nickel.  Someone had passed out flyers last night , apparently, because there were already flyers all over skid row when he arrived.
