The event, which is open to the public, will give visitors a chance to see, learn and interact with the latest in energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly products and services from personal finance and business, to beauty and fashion, to travel and transportation, as well as interactive seminars with leaders in the green industry, local politics, and community organizations discussing subjects including innovations in transportation, emerging energy sources, conservation, eco-entrepreneurialism and more.

**A special full screening of Sundance Award Winner FUEL with its director Josh Tickell present for a full panel discussion immediately following the film on Friday Jan 23rd at 5 pm!

Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Gordon Turner visits skid row on election day

Gordon Turner does make it to skid row on this election day. He was at San Julian Park passing out flyers and speaking to voters. Some voters got excited and asked for handfuls of flyers to begin to pass out to voters on the Nickel.  Someone had passed out flyers last night , apparently, because there were already flyers all over skid row when he arrived.
