An increase in funding for aid to dogs without families who have litters.

Food stamps for low income dogs..

An end to the death penalty for homeless dogs.

and no more newspapers.

213 dog sees newspapers demise as payback for the days dogs had been trained with them.

Gordon Turner does make it to skid row on this election day. He was at San Julian Park passing out flyers and speaking to voters. Some voters got excited and asked for handfuls of flyers to begin to pass out to voters on the Nickel.  Someone had passed out flyers last night , apparently, because there were already flyers all over skid row when he arrived.
