Here is a good song I used to remember. But for some reason I think of running cross country. I want to run cross country again. Well, I am going to run again. I am going for it.

Will be moody for some time. Getting my muscles to move is painful they love to be spastic. So moody here I come. Might ask the doc for some mood stabilizers while I go through this. Elavil should do the trick.

For some odd reason when I heard news that my childhood friend was killed in a car accident I thought of another friend we used to get together with and sing this song and others. HE went on to beome a master karate instructor. Who would have thought. He was a close friend that helped me work out lot's of questions I had in puberty. Girls and all that. Gordon Turner does make it to skid row on this election day. He was at San Julian Park passing out flyers and speaking to voters. Some voters got excited and asked for handfuls of flyers to begin to pass out to voters on the Nickel. Someone had passed out flyers last night , apparently, because there were already flyers all over skid row when he arrived.
