Is there a high mortality rate in SRO Housing Corporation Hotels

IS there a high mortality rate in SRO Housing Corporation Hotels? I want to know. The LADOWNTOWN NEWS just announced that SRO will be receiving even more money to build housing , yet tenants continue to die in them. Just recently someone died in the Goldenwest Hotel , again. Of course they will blame it on something that the person should have under control. The rumor is that it was diabetes related. Whatever happened to onsite supportive services? Once again the public has the wool pulled over their eyes by these non-profits like SRO who claim to provide services for these people yet do not provide the services. They blame the victim. AS far as I am concerned it was probably another heat casualty. But SRO will blame drugs, personal illness etc.

Word was that the renovated Lyndon Hotel are hovels of a room with the restrooms just as big as the rooms? Why do we keep spending money on buildings that are made half assed? Well, because the public doesn't demans anything from these non-profit housing providers. The politicians are not making an effort to protect the disabled. The low income housing advocates and the lawyers see no reason to sue the non-profits.

SO for those of you out there not crying over this issue now. When you are old and need to be in one of these buildings I hope you remember these words.

The question is. Why is SRO Housing Corporation getting more money to build more housing that kills people. There is going to be a video on here in the future with residents who do now want to come off of the streets and one of the things they will mention is that the environment in these hotels kill.

Gordon Turner does make it to skid row on this election day. He was at San Julian Park passing out flyers and speaking to voters. Some voters got excited and asked for handfuls of flyers to begin to pass out to voters on the Nickel.  Someone had passed out flyers last night , apparently, because there were already flyers all over skid row when he arrived.
