San Julian Park in Skid Row is a mess at 1 am in the morning




At 1 am on a Early Tuesday Morning there was a mess in and around San Julian Park. San Julian Park is managed by SRO Housing Corporation. This early Tuesday morning you could see the trash that was in the park ? Is SRO maintaining the parks like they should?

Across the street, where the Central City East Association keeps that area clean because it is a part of the Toy District and the property owners tax themselves to have a business improvement district to maintain that area, you could see the difference.

Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Gordon Turner visits skid row on election day

Gordon Turner does make it to skid row on this election day. He was at San Julian Park passing out flyers and speaking to voters. Some voters got excited and asked for handfuls of flyers to begin to pass out to voters on the Nickel.  Someone had passed out flyers last night , apparently, because there were already flyers all over skid row when he arrived.
