No hay mal que por bien no venga

In 2004 George Walker Bush Jr. crowned himself king. Napoleon Bonaparte was resurrected. There was an imbalance created in the world. Yesterday we learned how that happened. We did not vote as a country. The world was oppressed by a king George that was created by our apathy. The world suffered.
King George has his wars scattered across the globe in his efforts to control the colonies of his compatriot Cheney and his company Haliburton. Power ran rampant across the globe. The Generals rebelled and resigned because King George would not listen to them and their advice. His wars have become debacles. Many people across the globe watched as the United States of America used it's birthright to rid itself of the poison which was King George and overwhelmingly spoke and righted it's wrong. The children came of age and dethroned those who would continue the reign of terror that is King George.

There is a saying in spanish that says that : No hay mal que por bien no venga. Did we overcompensate with our collective guilt by electing a person of color to the white house? I don't think so. We showed the world that we as Americans knew that the identity Bush created for us the past 4 years was his identity. It was the American people that showed the world that we are not the oppressors and colonists that Bush has shown the world. We know that the poorest amongst us in the United States are wealthy beyond means compared to a majority of the world. Many of us have the opportunity to self-actualize and that what Barack Obama said last night was true. It is not our wealth that makes us who we are but our ideals. The United States is the leader of the world. We are now back on track. It will be up to us to make sure that whatever vision that Barack Obama elucidates for us we can know that it is part of who we are. Without a vision the people perish.

King George abused the people. King George abused the troops. He forgot that he was the President of the United States of America and not Iraq. King George lost his mind. We now have an intelligent man in the white house who has a mandate. We have a president and not a self crowning King. We are the United States of America again. We are the Democratic Republic once again that the Founding Fathers created. We forced the electoral college to abide by the voice of the people.

Barack Obama has brought us back to the notion that this Country is a beacon of hope and a shining city on a hill that cries out to the world what is true and right. We are the defenders of human rights. We must continue to be that. It was our grandparents that liberated the oppressed during world war 2. And it was depressing to know that our country , through the policies of King George , had actually deflated us and pierced that collective pride as the true freedom fighters of the world. Barack Obama said it. The people have spoken and this Government is the Government of the people , by the people , and for the people , and we showed that we will not let it perish from the earth. We are the keepers of the flame . We are the ones that hold the sacred birthright of the great experiment. We all hold the keys of that treasure.

For my dear friend Richard Feagin - Sifu Richard Feagin

For some odd reason when I heard news that my childhood friend was killed in a car accident I thought of another friend we used to get together with and sing this song and others. We were all a bunch of christian rednecks. Didn't drink , smoke, use drugs and searching for wives and not whoring around. Richard Feagin introduced me to the world of anime. HE went on to beome a master karate instructor. Who would have thought. He was a close friend that helped me work out lot's of questions I had in puberty. Girls and all that. Kept us out of trouble to be two guys who were waiting for the right girl to marry. HE leaves two young children and a beautiful wife. None of the renditions of this song on the internet even come close to the ozark type of twang we used. I can still sing like that. Raised on that Southern Baptist Gospel Music. I will give alist of my favorites. We used the banjo a lot. This is not my home On the wings of a dove- this is the version I remember growing u...

Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Gordon Turner visits skid row on election day

Gordon Turner does make it to skid row on this election day. He was at San Julian Park passing out flyers and speaking to voters. Some voters got excited and asked for handfuls of flyers to begin to pass out to voters on the Nickel.  Someone had passed out flyers last night , apparently, because there were already flyers all over skid row when he arrived.

To those who think that Marijuana has never killed anyone

Update: once again marijuana used by sexual deviants to assault young teenagers who skipped school. When officers arrived, the men were gone, he said. "It looks like this house was not lived in," Taylor said. The girls told police they met the men at the Paseo Colorado mall on Colorado Boulevard, where they were playing hooky from school, he said. The men then invited the girls to the Idaho Street house, he added. Once there, the men brought out alcohol and marijuana and gave it to the 14-year-olds before sexually assaulting them, he said. Marijuana is addictive and it is also plain fun for many young people . John Wayne Gacy used MArijuana to lure young men into his home Jeffrey Dahmer used marijuana to lure young men he killed into his home Jaime Green, who lives at the Southern Hotel operated by SRO HOusing Corporation, uses his medical marijauna to lure young males to his room to molest them...and he is a registered sex offender that has to register e...
